The brownies have a name “the best ever brownies”. True to the name these are the best brownies I have made from all the brownie recipes I have collected over the years. My grandsons would make my daughter make these and use the brownies to trade for other goodies in school… that’s how good they are. You’ll know that once you’ve tried them!



    Step 1

    Preheat oven to 325℉ or 165℃

    Step 2

    Sieve together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt

    Step 3

    Beat eggs with vanilla till foamy; add sugar slowly beating well for 5 mins; add butter slowly till well blended (Note: do not over beat)

    Step 4

    Beat in flour-cocoa mixture at low speed or fold in gently using a wooden spoon

    Step 5

    Fold in walnuts (optional)

    Step 6

    Pour cake mixture into a greased 12”x 9”pan

    Step 7

    Bake for 25-30 mins in the oven. Make sure inserted toothpick comes out clean but do not overbake if you want the brownies chewy
